What the day includes
At minimum, sankalpam and the offerings your custom uses. Pinda, Tharpanam, and Thila Homam are additions. List them so the morning is long enough.
Details that prevent delays
Name, relationship, gotra, and the person who will be karta. If the English date and the tithi disagree, say which one the family follows.

Use the Thithi booking page. Do not send the request only as Rameswaram pooja. The word thithi changes the schedule.
